BUSH COOKING: Mulled Wine

Mulled wine is a traditional Christmas drink and a great winter warmer.

Servings: 2-4

Kit Required:
Pan
2-4 Glasses

Ingredients:
1 bottle of Red Wine
2 tablespoons of Sugar
Level tea spoon of Ginger
Level tea spoon of Cardamom Pods
Level tea spoon of Dried Cranberry's
Orange slice

Simply heat the red wine with the sugar in a large pan, add all the ingredients, stir and let simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes. DO NOT BOIL. Strain the wine to remove the spices and serve.
